Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CrackerPad ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use CrackerPad. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@crackerpad.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code.

4. Subscriptions and billing

CrackerPad Pro is available as a recurring subscription billed through Stripe (web) or in-app purchases via the App Store (iOS). Prices are displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; you will retain Pro access until the end of the billing period.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

5. Your content

You own the task data and content you create in CrackerPad. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.

6. Account deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time from the account settings in the app. Deletion removes your task data and account record from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

7. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrackerPad and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app message.
